Instead of making an Entire bar, I would much rather a thin blue line, Its not intruisive or messy, or bulky.

You can already see the energy bars of your heroes.

See the energy of your enemy? Next you'll want to see their entire skillbar and the exact stats of all the equipment they are using.

Seeing the enemies' energy bars would be cool, but I'd have to vote against it.
The fun part of the game is not knowing the exact details of the enemies, thus making it more challenging, and having one such feature as showing the energy bars of the enemies would take that away. =/

You know, it'd be cool if that was like that with the actual players. The blood ritual necro could help the others out with energy without the players stopping whatever it is they're doing and ask for blood ritual.

Also, it'd be a good idea if you edited out the names, Koala.

Thats alot of pets, Koala...

Yes, I never say the energy bar need to be big... and such thing been suggested befoe.

the mob energy bar is more what I hope to see. To certain class, like a energy sapping mesmer, or someone choose to hit what target and not, it helps to have the energy bar. Its as informative as the hp bar. And if you like the challange, just turn off its showing like you can with the hp bar.

Because ctrl+clicking your energy bar is oh so time consuming.

I agree with you that we shouldn't be able to see the enemy's energy, but to see our allies'/party members' energy for things like paragon energy boosting skills, Blood Rituals, or just a way for W/Mos to get a visual of how much energy their monk has left, even if it doesn't keep them from charging away, I'm totally signed.

We are talking about Henchmen here.

And as for Actual PuG, The fact is so that the BiP WON'T have to wait untill anybody CRTL + Clicks, becasue that is usually too late.

And even there, a Good BiP knows who and when to Bip (without CRTL + click), allthought this helps.

Not sure about energy bars for enemies though, it would be nice but I think that may affect the gameplay experience for some players.

For teammates at least. Saying a good BiP'er should know when to use BiP without seeing energy bars is saying like a good healer monk should know when to heal without seeing health bars.

That said, people might start panicking if the monks energy bars approach dangerously close to zero... But hey good time for others to use the "Fall back" shout etc...

For mobs: I would like to see it for enemies as well, but maybe Anet would like to hide if the mobs cheat with energy etc .

For Henchman : possibly ( although PvE is not too hard without it)
For foe or allies human players : never.

At the other hand, seeing the energy of enemies, not a good idea, no no no thanks. I even think you shouldn't see the HP of enemies, hahahaha! I think is better if they change the enemies HP bar with a thing that change color when are less than 50% of HP and change color again when near dead 10% of HP or something, not showing the exactly HP in real time.
